Our refund policy is All Sales Final 48 hours prior to your event. Unfortunately we
can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your must request one in writing
48 hour prior to your event. Any request within 48 hours or for not attending the event can not be honored because your ticket
is for accest to a service and as such your seat is reserved. Returns after this period would not allow us time to resell
this service, and would be considered a consumption of our services.

at the Strat ticketing Center: 2000 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104. You will be responsible for presenting your email
receipt at the ticketing center or Door, 30 min prior to your event showtime.
